    • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Preparation and Approval of Standard operating Procedures.
    • Preparation of Process validation Protocols and summary reports based on the Analytical results and Batch documents data.
    • To co-ordinate the Qualification / Validation of the Equipment, Systems and Process.
    • To ensure the issuance of required documents and samples for Drug and Regulatory Affairs.
    • To ensure the preparation, Issuance, Revision/Review and Retrieval of the documents.
    • To investigate the cause of any non conformance and its corrective / preventive action.

      GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR DIGITAL MARKETING


       
      • No of positions: 1
      • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Develop graphics for products, marketing brochures, advertisement, assorted flyers, POS materials, danglers website contents, logos...etc as per brand guidelines.
      • Able to Narrate a Story through the artwork/ design using Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop or Corel Draw as per brand guidelines.
      • Able to create images/artwork that identify a product or convey a message.
      • Create artworks and regular postings/managing it on Social Media Accounts but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn as per brand guidelines.
      • Managing the Website & Catalogue Management. Also, website On/Off Page Optimization.
      • Create back-links for the website and implement a plan to improve SEO/Off Page optimization as per the guidelines.
      • Able to execute all the PPC Campaigns on Facebook & Google.
      • Able to execute digital ads, using Google Ads and monitor it.
      • Email marketing using different free/paid tools.
      • Able to track website analytics, make recommendations using Google Analytics and prepare reports of Cost Vs Conversions.
      • Able to executive marketing-based CRM tools.
      • Able to create and monitor the Ad-Campaigns on Google Ad-Words and YouTube Advts.
      • Able to create slide shows videos.
      • Able to execute all the digital initiatives to increase the product, company & brand awareness.
      • QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
      • Bachelor’s degree (in any field) with experience in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video Marketing or related field is required. However, Bachelor’s degree in Digital marketing or marketing or equivalent certificate course will be an added advantage.
      • A minimum of 5 yrs of work experience in graphic design, digital media, or related field is required with below skills as:
      •  Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop or CorelDraw. Technical and artistic skills in graphic design.
      •  Advanced knowledge of creating ad-campaigns of Social media and Google Ad-Words.
      •  Advanced knowledge of content and SEO - Organic & Paid.
      •  Advance knowledge of listings, link building, submission to directories, blogs, forums, reviews, bookmarking, comments etc.
      •  Basic knowledge of e-Commerce and Word Press experience is required.
      •  Basic knowledge of website banners, web analytics, online advertising, organic & paid advt. catalogue management & woo-commerce.
      •  Experience in videos creation and video editing and streaming in social media.
      •  Basic knowledge of brand management is a must.
      •  CSS, HTML knowledge will be an added advantage.
      • EXECUTIVE/Sr. SALES EXECUTIVE- BACKERY,CONFECTIONERY,SWEETS & HORECA

        • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
        • Sales & business development in the region in HORECA, Bakery, Confectionery & Sweets sector.
        • Develop new clients and maintain strong business relationship.
        • Plan regular customer visits to generate volumes sales.c.
        • Keep himself updated with the current trends, pricing, offers, schemes, consumer taste, competition, new products etc while preparing market intelligence reports, whenever required.
        • Secure orders and ensure the supply chain is in place so that the products are delivered on time.
        • Regular follow-up with the client from getting the order to delivery and then payments follow ups and after sales.
        • Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with existing & new customers.
        • Drive growth and achieve sales targets periodically.
        • All sales/operations related documentation processing and follow ups.
        • Follow-up with customer and co-ordinate with backend team members to deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
        • Promptly handle customer complaints and ensure proactive measures are taken to avoid repetition.
        • Execute all the trade marketing initiatives including POS & advertisements material and suggest/ execute the new methods of branding and advertisements in that channel.
        • QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
        • Graduate from a reputed Institute, while the preference can be given to B. Tech - Food tech, B.Sc or M.Sc Food Technology from national institutes like Central Food Technological Research Institute, (CSIR), Mysore, NIFTEM etc.
        • MBA or relevant degree is an added advantage.
        • A successful candidate with 5+ years of work experience in the FMCG - Food, Food Ingredients, Dairy, Bakery & Sweets or HORECA Industry.
        • Existing contacts/relations of the relevant person in the industry will be an added advantage.
        • Should have good relationship & networking with the local Bakery, Confectionery, Sweets & HORECA customers.
        • Relevant experience of sales, business development in Hyderabad/ Telangana/ AP region with strong customer relationship.
        • Ability to get the work done in a cross-functional environment including Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production or Finance while maintaining good relationships.
        • Excellent negotiation skills with approach to close deals quickly.
        • Significant industry-related work experience with proven track of sales and business development.
        • Sound knowledge of Industry terms of trade, regulations, documentation, local customers, contracts, commercial aspect, SOP, margins.
        • Flexible in travelling across states of Southern region.
